Hey, Kimber here! My journey with health and wellness began several years ago. While I had always had an interest in nutrition and body image, my fitness life was kick-started in 2011. During those years, I explored a wide variety of health fads, diets, 30-day challenges, and gym memberships. After all that experimentation, I have found a place where I am happy with my body and trust my own knowledge to listen to my needs for activity and food. I move when it feels good, I eat fueling foods, I sleep A LOT, and I practice everything in moderation.

My professional experience in the health industry includes being a Zumba instructor alongside teaching middle school cooking, fitness and yoga classes. Currently living and teaching in Medellin, Colombia, I am constantly seeking ways to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle for myself and those around me.
